Dolomite Resort sits on a dolomite ridge in the western section of Etosha, an area that was closed to general tourism until the camp opened. It has 20 units in total: 17 twin bush chalets and three deluxe chalets with a double bed. Guest facilities are a restaurant, bar, lounge with fireplace, swimming pool and curio shop; there is no campsite. The western section it serves holds about 15 waterholes, including Klippan where black and white rhino are recorded. Meals are taken at the restaurant and guided morning, afternoon and night drives are run from the camp.
