Ghaub is a 120 square kilometre guest farm and nature reserve in the Otavi Mountains, on the D3022 between Grootfontein and Tsumeb. It has 12 rooms with en-suite bathrooms, verandas, fans, minibars and tea and coffee facilities, plus three campsites with private sanitary facilities. Central facilities include a restaurant with terrace, bar, large gardens and a swimming pool. The farm began as a Rhenish Missionary Society station founded in 1895 and retains historic buildings, a small cemetery and mission-era relics. Activities include Ghaub Cave, guided rhino tracking, game drives, hiking, mountain biking and horse riding.
