Waterberg Resort is a Namibia Wildlife Resorts property inside Waterberg Plateau Park, 68 km east of Otjiwarongo at the foot of the plateau. Accommodation is three four-bed family chalets, eight two-bed premier chalets, twelve two-bed bush chalets, eleven four-bed two-room bush chalets, thirty-four double rooms and forty campsites taking a maximum of eight people each. Facilities include a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, a shop and a conference room for a maximum of 25 people. All published accommodation rates are on a bed-and-breakfast basis. Guided morning and afternoon game drives are offered. The park holds over 200 bird species and rare small antelope on the lower hills, and the plateau together with about 405 square kilometres of surrounding land was proclaimed in 1972. Reservations are taken directly by the operator.
