Jackalberry Tented Camp has four exclusive luxury tents plus one double guide tent, each averaging about 32 square metres. Every unit has an en-suite bathroom, bedside lamps, charging facilities and a fridge, with hot water generated by solar power. The main building is constructed around a living jackalberry tree on two levels, containing reception, dining, bar and lounge areas and a communal fireplace. The camp overlooks the Linyanti floodplains and adjoining woodland, with game viewing possible directly from the lodge decks. It is run by the same group that operates Nkasa Lupala Tented Lodge and Rupara Rest Camp in the same area.
