Serondela Lodge stands on the Namibian bank of the Chobe River in the Zambezi Region, 17 km by road and 25 km by boat from Kasane, and is reached by boat only. The lodge has eight rooms, all river-facing and en-suite. There is a restaurant, a lounge and a pool, and mains power and Wi-Fi are available. Access is by a free boat transfer from the Kasane immigration river harbour, and transfers can be arranged from Namibia, Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe; the lodge is around one hour from Victoria Falls. Activities are boat safaris on the Chobe River, game drives in Chobe National Park and guided bush walks, and the boat transfer itself doubles as a river cruise. A minimum two-night stay applies and bookings are taken through the operator’s own reservation system.
