Münsterland Guest Farm lies on the Ugab Terraces in the Outjo district of the Kunene Region. The farm offers six chalets in three configurations: two open-plan chalets with two single beds, three chalets with separate bedrooms holding a queen-size bed plus a single bed, and one family unit sleeping four. All chalets have coffee and tea stations with small fridges stocked with milk and bottled water. The property is solar-powered with borehole water, and chalets have fans rather than air conditioning. Two private campsites are offered, each with its own ablution facilities, braai area and power points. Breakfast and dinner are offered as meal options. Listed activities are scenic drives, hiking, visits to the Münsterland Caves, wildlife viewing including klipspringer and Damara dik-dik, and birding. The property was bought as a cattle ranch in 2006 and opened to guests in 2018.
