Namushasha River Camping2Go lies 24 km south of Kongola on the C49 in the Zambezi Region. There are four safari tents, each with four beds and sleeping up to four guests. Each tent has an en-suite bathroom with shower, a fan, and an outdoor kitchen on the veranda fitted with a fridge, gas stove, sink and utensils. Units are sold self-catering with breakfast and dinner excluded, though the restaurant at the adjacent Namushasha River Lodge is available. Guests may use the lodge’s cold-water swimming pool, restaurant, bar, curio shop, laundry service and Wi-Fi at the main lodge. Activities bookable separately include game drives in Bwabwata National Park, morning, afternoon and sunset boat cruises and fishing trips. Access is via the C49 gravel road, self-drive or by shuttle transfer from Katima Mulilo airport 120 km away. Children up to five years are free and children aged 6 to 13 are charged 50 per cent of the bed-and-breakfast rate.
