Tsubes is a small tented rest camp set among rock formations within what the operator describes as Damaraland’s largest petrified forest area, west of Khorixas. Published inventory is five tents, and the operator is specific that each tent has its own private ablution, lights and hot water, so power is reticulated to each unit and water is heated rather than the shared-ablution arrangement common at campsites in this district. Breakfast is served at the camp, and for evening meals the camp sells meat packs which guests may braai themselves or have staff cook.
