Epupa Camp stands on the south bank of the Kunene River at Epupa Falls in the Kunene Region, with all accommodation on the river frontage and a private island belonging to the camp. It offers eight twin safari-style tented rooms with en-suite bathrooms, one honeymoon suite with a queen bed, one family tented room with four beds and a separately sold cottage. All tents have electric lighting, mosquito protection and private patios facing the river. Self-catering tented campsites and traditional campsites are also available and are booked separately from the tented rooms. Guest facilities include a swimming pool overlooking the river, an outdoor bar with complimentary Wi-Fi, a lounge with library and a dining room. Lunch must be reserved roughly 24 hours in advance, and self-catering guests and day visitors can pre-arrange meals. Activities offered are guided cultural tours, sundowner drives, Kunene River rafting and nature walks, and the operator recommends a minimum two-night stay.
